Product description
This module has been developed with due consideration to recognition and manipulation safety as well as ESD- and EMV-compatibility.
Resilient fingerprint line sensor
Two line sensors has been integrated into OEM device. BioKey® Core Software has been specially adjusted to these sensors, which allows to load and recognize even the most complicated fingerprints in a simple fashion.
Easy OEM-Integration
Due to its small size can the BioKey® Module be easily applied to preexisting casings e.g. in doorframes. The versatile software protocole offers various functions with minimal programming effort.
Verification(1:1) and identification (1:N)
The DIN 66400-Template format (161 Bytes) supports peripheral saving of the fingerptints to RFID cards. An open standard has been designed in cooperation with Kaba Legic and Philips Mifare.

BioKey® 3000 Hardware Development Kit (HDK)
BioKey® 3000 Module works as a stand-alone device. The RS232/RS485 interface allows to connect the module to a central device (PC, microcontroller etc.). It is possible to manage up to 2000 fingerprint templates.

Idencom offers a manufacturer's licence so that customers could easily produce the BioKey 3000 Module on their own. All necessary documents as well as PCB schematics and datasheets are available to the licencees. BioKey Module can be manufactured 1:1-wise as well as modified to meet customer's requirements in terms of layout, measurements, available interfaces etc.
